When floors start to show signs of wear, a screen and coat is sometime the answer, whiteout having to completely sand down to be bare wood and refinish. We can give you an expert, honest answer about the condition of your floors and let you know if it is time to refinish, or the floor just needs a screen and coating. Usually, a screen and coat entail cleaning and buffing the top layer of the surface finish and applying a new coat of finish.

This procedure will not take out deep scratches or stains on your floor.
